MFL Parcels are defined State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Orders recorded in the Register of Deeds Office. These parcels are created most often solely for taxation purposes and once no longer enrolled in the Managed Forest Law program are usually absorbed by their parent parcel. Drawing techniques include COGO and heads up digitizing from Aerial Photography. This data was compiled pursuant to Section 70.09 of Wis. Stats. using public records. . This layer is created for taxation and assessment purposes, and should not be used to determine property lines. See the documents of record for actual recorded data.
