Description: The MFL_Line Layer is to assist the Assessors in value determinations of Real Property in Rock County, outside of the Cities of Beloit and Janesville. MFL Parcels are defined State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Orders recorded in the Register of Deeds Office. These parcels are created most often solely for taxation purposes and once no longer enrolled in the Managed Forest Law program are usually absorbed by their parent parcel. Drawing techniques include COGO and heads up digitizing from Aerial Photography. This data was compiled pursuant to Section 70.09 of Wis. Stats. using public records. .
